Drop and Hook/Preload
For carriers, time waiting is money lost. Caine Warehousing operates four yard spotter trucks and employs CDL-licensed drivers to provide spotting services, preloading, and drop-and-hook service for qualified carriers.
Order Assembly
Caine Warehousing provides complete order assembly, including large-scale product picking and distribution services. We also provide distribution center (DC) services for recognized food industry customers.
Additional value-added services include shipping label printing and application, tempering, pre-melting, deep cool rooms, carton stripping, and pallet reconfiguration.
Sampling
Our trained personnel can pull both quality control and sterile samples for lab testing from dry, refrigerated, or frozen products. Samples, cases, or bags can be shipped directly to customers or laboratories for testing or trials.
We ship using any parcel carrier and can provide dry ice or freezer pack and cold shipper protection when requested.

Grading
Caine Warehousing coordinates and accommodates private and USDA grading services, including pulling USDA random samples, tempering products, and providing grading facilities.
Specialized Material Handling Equipment
We maintain a wide array of specialized forklifts and attachments to safely and efficiently handle a variety of freight types. Equipment includes bale clamps, clamp rotators, paper roll clamps, barrel hooks, and slip-sheet push-pull attachments in various configurations.
Build to Suit Program
Having acted as general contractor on all expansion projects since the early 1990s, Caine Warehousing brings real-world experience to facility design and construction.
By working with trusted subcontractors and partners used on our own projects, we can develop a Build-to-Suit program tailored to customer needs. Facilities can be developed economically on our 40-acre business park or at another location.

Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) Approved
Caine Warehousing is proud to be a CME approved warehouse for regularity in Spot Call Butter, Spot Call Cheese, Spot Call Non-Fat Dry Milk, and Spot Call Whey trading.
Inventory Purchase Program
Caine Warehousing can tailor an inventory purchase program for well qualified customers that allows us to purchase inventory for you, allowing you to free up internal capital and resell that inventory back to you on a contracted basis.
Affiliated Trucking and Logistics Services
Caine Warehousing is a separate company from, but affiliated with, Caine Transfer Inc. Caine Transfer provides dry van and refrigerated trucking service throughout the Midwest. With a fleet of 45 tractors and over 150 trailers, Caine Transfer provides truckload and LTL service to all major upper Midwest cities on a daily basis and through All Cs Logistics, nationwide.
