Drop and Hook/Preload
For your carriers, time waiting is money wasted. Caine Warehousing has four yard spotter trucks and CDL licensed drivers to provide spotting services and preloading and drop and hook service to qualified carriers.
Order Assembly
Caine Warehousing provides complete order assembly as well as large scale product picking and distribution. We provide DC services for some of the most recognizable names in the food industry. Other value added services include shipping label printing and application, tempering, pre melting, deep cool rooms, carton stripping and pallet reconfiguration
Sampling
We have personnel trained to pull both quality control and sterile samples for lab testing. This can be done for dry, refrigerated or frozen product. We will also ship samples or entire cases or bags to your customer or lab for testing or trials. We can ship by any parcel carrier and with dry ice or freezer pack/cold shipper protection if requested.
Cheese Aging

Grading
Caine Warehousing will coordinate and accommodate private and USDA grading services, pulling USDA random samples, tempering and providing grading facilities.
Specialized Material Handling Equipment
We also have a wide array of specialized forklifts and attachments to handle your freight. These include bale clamps, clamp rotators, paper roll clamps, barrel hooks and slipsheet push pulls of various configurations to handle your freight safely and efficiently.
Build to Suit Program
One of the major benefits to having acted as General Contractor on all of our expansion projects since the early 1990s is that we have the real world experience to design and build facilities that meet our customer’s needs. By utilizing trusted subcontractors and partners that we have utilized on our own projects, Caine Warehousing can tailor a Build To Suit program that will fit your needs, economically, on our own 40 acre business park or in another location.

Inventory Purchase Program
Caine Warehousing can tailor an inventory purchase program for well qualified customers that allows us to purchase inventory for you, allowing you to free up internal capital and resell that inventory back to you on a contracted basis.
Affiliated Trucking and Logistics Services
Caine Warehousing is a separate company from, but affiliated with, Caine Transfer Inc. Caine Transfer provides dry van and refrigerated trucking service throughout the Midwest. With a fleet of 45 tractors and over 150 trailers, Caine Transfer provides truckload and LTL service to all major upper Midwest cities on a daily basis and through All Cs Logistics, nationwide.
